George has 15 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting and Auditing. Earlier was working in the Office of Mr. Ioannis Xiros in Athens as an accountant tax advisor.

To 1998 received his degree in Business Administration -Department of Business Administration Athens University of Economics (and Business) / Business Administration / Accounting / Finance

In 2006 he received the Master Professional Diploma in “Applied Accounting and Auditing”. He is a member of the « Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Greece” and has a professional authorization to pursue audits. Since 2000 he is member of ««UHY AXON CERTIFIED AUDITORS LTD» with important responsibilities such as:

• Senior responsible for carrying out statutory audits and complete customer audit files of public and private sector
• Specialized consultant, tax and labor issues.
• Specialized in IFRS and Greek GAAP
• Very good knowledge of Greek Commercial Law 2190/1920 & 3190/1955.

He has a wide assurance experience in auditing the financial statements of commercial, industrial, marine and other private and public sector companies.
